This Polastorm PolaFlex propeller hub kit for Suzuki, BRP, Johnson, and Evinrude in model F28 is a complete, interchangeable hub kit for mounting a compatible propeller onto the engine's propeller shaft. The variant is designed for a 4 3/4" (120.7 mm) gearcase and a propeller shaft with 15 splines.

The PolaFlex system uses an interchangeable, shock-absorbing hub between the propeller and the propeller shaft. The hub and the shock-absorbing bushing are made of brass and rubber. The kit consists of a shock-absorbing hub/bushing, thrust washer or thrust plate, front washer, spacer, and nut. The product is a hub kit and is not supplied as a complete propeller.

F28 belongs to the PolaFlex system's E-group. Correct selection of the hub kit depends on the engine make, engine model, engine power, model year, gearcase, and number of splines. The 4 3/4" gearcase measurement is therefore a compatibility measurement and not the external diameter of the hub kit.

Compatible Suzuki engines

F28 fits Suzuki DT150–DT225 2-stroke engines from model year 1986 onwards as well as Suzuki DF150–DF300 4-stroke engines in all model years. The engine must have a 4 3/4" gearcase and a propeller shaft with 15 splines.

Compatible BRP, Johnson, Evinrude, and OMC engines

The hub kit fits documented 200 hp and 225 hp 4-stroke engines from model years 2004–2005 with a 4 3/4" gearcase and 15 splines. Compatibility must not be generalized to other engines from these manufacturers based solely on power or gearcase size.

F28 also appears under distribution number 124-88-F28. This is a distribution number and not a documented original OEM number from the engine manufacturers.

Always check the engine/drive model, model year, gearcase, number of splines, and original part number before purchasing.
