Polastorm PolaFlex interchangeable propeller hub kit F26 is a hub and vibration damper kit for mounting a compatible marine propeller onto the propeller shaft. This variant has 15 splines and is intended for verified BRP, Johnson, Evinrude, and Suzuki engines with a 4¼″ (108 mm) gearcase.
The hub kit connects the propeller to the engine's splined propeller shaft. The rubber bushing dampens vibrations, contributes to smoother gear engagement, and can absorb or deflect impact loads. The interchangeable PolaFlex system allows the hub kit to be replaced separately from a compatible propeller.
The kit consists of a vibration and shock-absorbing hub with a rubber bushing, thrust washer, front spacer, spacer, and nut. The hub and internal splines are made of a copper-alloy metal, while the bushing is made of rubber.
F26 fits 90 and 115 HP 4-stroke BRP, Johnson, and Evinrude engines from 2002–2007. Suzuki compatibility includes the DF90 4-stroke from 2001–2008, DF100 4-stroke from 2009, as well as the DF115 4-stroke from 2001–2012.
Compatibility requires a 4¼″ (108 mm) gearcase and a propeller shaft with 15 splines. The hub kit is designed for compatible Polastorm propellers with the PolaFlex hub system; propeller selection also depends on factors such as diameter, pitch, and rotation direction.
The propeller shaft should be greased before installation. No product-specific tightening torque is specified, so the engine's current service and installation instructions must be followed.
