Polastorm Polaflex propeller hub kit F29 for Honda, Tohatsu and Nissan – 15 splines

This Polastorm Polaflex propeller hub kit, model F29, is an interchangeable hub and shock absorber kit for mounting a compatible marine propeller onto the propeller shaft. This variant features 15 internal splines and is intended for documented installations with Honda, Tohatsu, and Nissan outboard motors.

The hub kit adapts the propeller's inner hub to the motor's propeller shaft. The rubber-based hub insert simultaneously acts as a shock absorber between the shaft and the propeller. The design dampens impact loads during gear shifting and helps to reduce vibrations and propeller noise.

The F29 is manufactured from brass and rubber and is part of the Polaflex interchangeable drop-in hub system. The kit consists of a hub/shock absorber insert, thrust washer, forward thrust washer, spacer, and nut. It is used as a completion and mounting kit for a suitable propeller unit, including compatible Polaris stainless steel propellers.

Honda with 4 3/4″ gearcase: BF115 from 2011, BF135 and BF150 from 2004, BF175, BF200 and BF225 from 2002, and BF250 from 2012.
Tohatsu and Nissan: 115–250 hp from 2014 with 4 3/4″ gearcase.
