Polastorm Saltist stainless steel propeller for Volvo SX/OMC Cobra SX is a 3-blade, right-hand rotation propeller for compatible sterndrives with a 19-spline propeller shaft. This variant has a diameter of 14 3/4" and a pitch of 17".
The propeller is intended for Volvo SX Sterndrive and OMC Cobra SX. Volvo SX compatibility includes drives from 1994 with 19 teeth on the propeller shaft. The right-hand rotation direction is also designated as RH.
The propeller is manufactured from duplex stainless steel according to ASTM A890 Grade 4A. The alloy's high chromium content provides high corrosion resistance, which is relevant for use in maritime environments.
Polastorm's APC casting process, Aerospace Precision Casting, is used to achieve high material density and mechanical strength. The Saltist series is designed with a 3-blade propeller profile for single-propeller systems on the specified sterndrives.
