This Polastorm Sema 3-blade stainless steel propeller for Suzuki 40–140 hp has a diameter of 14″, a pitch of 19″, and right-hand standard rotation. The propeller is designed for outboard motors with a 4 1/4″ gearcase when combined with the correct engine-specific hub kit.
The propeller is manufactured from ASTM A890-4A duplex stainless steel with a high chromium content for increased corrosion resistance. Aerospace Precision Casting is used to achieve high material density and mechanical strength. The Sema geometry follows Suzuki's original propeller geometry.
The diameter is 14″, equivalent to 355.6 mm, while the pitch is 19″, equivalent to 482.6 mm. The propeller has three blades and right-hand rotation, also referred to as RH or standard rotation.
The propeller is supplied without a hub and shock absorber. The interchangeable hub and shock absorber system must be ordered separately and selected according to the engine model, year, gearcase, and propeller shaft. The relevant kits are manufactured with brass and rubber components.
Compatibility and hub kits
Item no. 52.582.03 is used for Suzuki DF70A, DF80A, and DF90A 4-stroke from 2009 with 15 splines. Item no. 52.582.04 covers Suzuki DF90 4-stroke from 2001–2008, DF100 4-stroke from 2009, as well as DF115 4-stroke from 2001–2012. Item no. 52.582.05 covers Suzuki DF115A and DF140A 4-stroke from 2013 as well as DF140 4-stroke from 2002–2012. All three hub kits are designed for a 4 1/4″ gearcase and a 15-spline propeller shaft.
The Sema propeller must not be used on OMC/Johnson or Suzuki 2-stroke engines with a 13-spline propeller shaft. One hub kit does not fit universally on all engines in the power range.
