This Polastorm SEMA aluminum propeller for Suzuki 150–300 hp is a 3-blade, right-hand rotation propeller for 4-stroke outboard motors. This variant has a diameter of 16″, a pitch of 18½″, and a shaft connection with 15 splines.
The propeller is designed for Suzuki engines with a 4¾″ gearcase and fits the documented engine series DF150, DF175, DF200, DF225, DF250, and DF300. Right-hand rotation, also referred to as RH or standard rotation, makes this variant suitable for installations where a standard right-hand rotating propeller is used.
The diameter of 16″ corresponds to 406.4 mm. The pitch of 18½″ corresponds to a theoretical forward movement of 469.9 mm per revolution. The blades feature cupping and camber as well as geometry based on original propeller designs, which supports water grip, acceleration, and bow lift.
The aluminum propeller is manufactured using APC precision casting and a hybrid material consisting of aluminum, strontium, and titanium. The material system has a tensile strength of 280 MPa and a yield strength of 220 MPa. The robot-applied AkzoNobel powder coating protects the surface against corrosion.
The propeller uses an interchangeable hub system. The Watergrip hub with item no. 52.456.90 is documented for Suzuki 150–300 hp and 4¾″ gearcase and must be purchased separately if a suitable hub and mounting kit is not already available. Check the engine's existing hub system, thrust washer, and propeller nut before installation.
