This Polastorm Soltiga 3 stainless steel propeller is a left-hand, 3-blade boat propeller with a 15" diameter and 21" pitch. It is designed for engine installations with a 4 3/4" gearcase and uses a separate, engine-specific hub system.
The propeller is manufactured from ASTM A890-4A duplex stainless steel with a polished surface. The alloy has an elevated chromium content and increased corrosion resistance. It is produced by precision casting, which provides high material density and physical strength.
The Soltiga 3 series features a large diameter, deep blade camber, and a relatively large blade area. The blade geometry is developed for medium to high speeds and supports acceleration, planing, stability, maneuverability, and control at low speeds. The propeller profile is comparable to the Solas Lexor and Solas Rubex L3.
The interchangeable hub system makes it possible to adapt the propeller to different engine makes, shaft types, and spline counts using the correct hub kit. The hub kit, shock absorber, and engine-specific splines are not included and must be ordered separately. The propeller is designed for through-hub exhaust.
The application range includes engines from 115 hp and up with a 4 3/4" gearcase. The variant is especially recommended for Suzuki 175–225 hp, as well as engines of all brands from 250 hp and up. With the correct hub kit, the series can be used for, among others, Mercury, Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, Johnson/Evinrude/BRP, OMC/Cobra, MerCruiser, and Volvo Penta.
