This Polastorm Yanta 3-blade aluminum propeller for Tohatsu/Nissan 40–60 hp is a right-hand rotation replacement propeller with a diameter of 11 1/4", a pitch of 14", and 13 splines. It is intended for select 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines with a 3 1/4" gearcase.
The propeller has a fixed hub with a pressed-in rubber bushing and mounts directly onto a compatible 13-spline propeller shaft. There is no documented need for a separate hub adapter for this variant. The right-hand rotation design is indicated as RH.
The 3-blade propeller is manufactured from an aluminum/strontium/titanium hybrid alloy using a precision casting process. The construction is robotically manufactured and verified via 3D scanning. A corrosion-resistant surface treatment from AkzoNobel protects the aluminum surface for maritime use.
The broad compatibility includes select Tohatsu and Nissan 40, 50, and 60 hp engines in both 2-stroke and 4-stroke versions. The engine must have a 3 1/4" gearcase and a propeller shaft with 13 splines. For Tohatsu, documented compatibility also includes 35B up to 1984, 40 hp from 1984, MFS40 from 2015, and 50 hp from 1992, with the exception of 50C. MFS40, MFS50, MFS60, BFT60, and BFT60A are documented from 2019.
