This Polastorm aluminum propeller for Honda 35-60 hp from the Yanta series is a 3-blade propeller for compatible 4-stroke outboards. The variant features a diameter of 11 1/8", a pitch of 13", and a right-hand standard rotation.
The propeller is manufactured from aluminum and features an integrated, pressed-in Honda-specific rubber hub. It is mounted on a propeller shaft with 13 splines and is designed for engines with a 3 1/4" gearcase. This is a complete propeller with a fixed rubber hub, not a bare propeller body that requires a separate interchangeable hub kit.
The Yanta propeller is manufactured using titanium-aluminum hybrid casting, solution heat treatment, and artificial aging. The propeller series' aluminum alloy has a tensile strength of 280 MPa, a yield strength of 220 MPa, 9% elongation, and a hardness of 89 HB. A corrosion-resistant powder coating protects the surface.
Compatible engine models
The propeller fits Honda BF35 from 1991-1994, BF45 from 1991-1994, BF40 from 1995 and newer, BF50/BF50A from 1995 and newer, and BF60 from 2010 and newer. The Honda BFP60A is not compatible with this propeller variant.
OEM and installation
The propeller corresponds to Honda OEM no. 59130-ZV5-013AH and has Polastorm manufacturer no. 3123-3112-13. If needed, the Honda propeller hardware kit 1532597-3 for 35-60 hp or Solas hardware kit 17063501 can be used as relevant installation accessories. The latter contains the thrust washer, spacer, washers, nut, and cotter pin.
A 13" pitch should be selected based on the boat's load, the engine's gear ratio, and the recommended full-throttle RPM range. Therefore, please verify the existing propeller's diameter, pitch, spline count, and OEM reference before replacement.
