This Power Post terminal block in the Midi-B version is designed for connecting and branching electrical cables, including high-current electrical connections. The base measures 50 × 41 mm, and the two studs have different diameters: one 8 mm and one 10 mm.
The permissible current is determined by the size and cross-section of the cables used, not by the terminal block itself. Therefore, no fixed maximum amperage value is specified. The design allows for the consolidation of cable connections with cable lugs at one central connection point.
The base is made of a nylon/fiberglass composite. The studs are made of stainless steel, while the nuts are made of chrome-plated brass.
For rigid protection, the polycarbonate cover with item no. 14.205.14 can be used. The recommended soft PVC insulating caps are item no. 14.987.01 in black and 14.988.01 in red.
