Description
Originally developed for the US military, PSP Silicone Tape provides a reliable solution for water or exhaust leaks, as well as a host of other sealing applications in emergency situations on board. Effective in temperatures from -50˚ C to + 260˚ C. The silicone tape also insulates 8000V per stretched layer. The tensile strength has been tested to over 700PSI and will effectively seal leaks up to 85PSI (6 bar).
PSP Silicone Tape has good resistance to weak acids, fuels, oils, solvents, salt water, ozone, UV light and flames. All this gives the tape a wide range of working areas, where in emergency situations you can quickly and effectively reduce damage and get to port safely.
