Quicksilver gear housing and water pump gasket is an original sealing gasket for the water pump cover and plate area in the gear housing on selected drives and outboards. The gasket has Quicksilver part number 27-430331 and is manufactured according to Mercury Marine's OEM specifications.
The gasket is used on, among others, MerCruiser Alpha One Gen II drives from serial number 0D469859 and up. It is also documented for selected Mercury and Mariner outboards, including 40–60 hp FourStroke BigFoot, 60 hp 3-cylinder BigFoot, 75–115 hp TwoStroke, 75–115 hp EFI FourStroke, and 150 hp EFI FourStroke.
Further documented compatibility includes V-200 3.0L DFI, V-225/250 3.0L, and Verado models from 135 to 300 hp. For 75–115 hp TwoStroke, compatibility applies from USA serial number A996142 and from Belgium serial number 9483121. Always check the engine or drive serial number and part number, as the same engine model may have been supplied with different components.
Part number 27-430331 replaces the previous numbers 27-43033 and 43033. The delivery consists of one gasket.
