Quicksilver water pump repair kit 47-8M0100526 is a complete 15-piece kit for the repair and periodic overhaul of the cooling water pump on select Mercury and Mariner outboards, as well as MerCruiser Alpha One Gen II drives. The kit is manufactured to Mercury Marine's OEM specifications.
The repair kit contains the proven component types required for a water pump overhaul: impeller, gaskets, O-rings, plates, seals, and drive key. The three-piece faceplate and gasket solution can replace the previous solid faceplate solution.
Compatibility includes, among others, F40-F60 FourStroke BigFoot/Command Thrust, select 60-125 hp 2-stroke engines, 75-115 hp FourStroke, 150 hp EFI FourStroke, V-200/225/250 3.0L 2-stroke, and 4- or 6-cylinder Verado engines with 4.80-inch torpedo gearcases. The kit also fits MerCruiser Alpha One Gen II drives from serial number 0D469859 and up.
Since application depends on engine model, gearcase design, and in several cases serial number, the engine or drive serial number should always be verified against part number 47-8M0100526 before ordering.
The kit replaces verified numbers 43026Q06, 43026T11, 43026Q5, 43026T10, 43026T6, 43026T7, 43026T8, and 8M0094530. The number 8M0100527 is a separate Mercury-packaged version and is not a previous number for this Quicksilver product.
