This front cover from Ritchie Navigation is the model-specific BN-C spare part for the Navigator BN-202 bulkhead compass. The cover is placed on the front of the compass and protects it when the compass is not in use.
The cover is made of white styrene plastic and is molded to the shape of the compatible compass. The custom design makes it suitable as a replacement for a damaged or lost original cover.
The BN-C fits specifically the Ritchie Navigator BN-202, which is a bulkhead-mounted marine compass for sailboats. It is also the correct front cover for the compass with item no. 25.088.02. The nominal compass size of 4½" describes the compatible compass and is not a measurement of the cover itself.
The cover should not be confused with the N-203-C, which is intended for other Navigator models. For the BN-202, the rear cover NC-20 with item no. 25.088.31 is available as a separate related spare part. Replacement rubber buffers for the BN-C have manufacturer number SH-0012.
