This Riviera Zenit 3" marine compass, model BH1/AVB, is a magnetic flush-mount compass for marine use. This variant features a front-reading blue compass card, a white housing, and a visible compass card diameter of 80 mm.
The compass is designed for high speeds and features 12 V LED lighting, ensuring the compass card can be read under varying light conditions. The scale is graduated in 5° intervals, and the gimbal suspension helps the compass maintain its correct position as the boat moves.
The built-in compass compensation allows for correcting magnetic deviations caused by onboard installations. The compass is intended for horizontal, flush mounting in a console or instrument panel and is recommended for boats up to 8 m.
