Riviera Zenith BZ2 3″ high-speed magnetic compass with bracket in the BZ2/AVG variant is a marine steering compass developed for fast motorboats and other high-speed vessels. The compass features a flat, blue compass card, a grey housing, and rear reading.
The visible compass card has a diameter of 3″/80 mm and a graduation of 5°. A white lubber line provides a clear reference point when steering, while the anti-glare screen reduces distracting reflections during reading.
The compass is built with an internal gimbal system and a built-in, manually adjustable compensation system. The construction helps keep the compass card readable when the boat’s movements and heel change. The model comes with 12 V lighting; the light source technology is not specified as LED.
The total product dimensions are 155 mm in width and 147 mm in height. The mounting bracket makes the compass suitable for visible mounting at the helm. The unit is manufactured and hand-built in Italy, is repairable, and comes with a 3-year warranty.

The standard version is balanced for magnetic zone A, which mainly covers the Northern Hemisphere. Versions for other magnetic zones as well as the MED-certified version must be ordered separately during production and are not included with this standard variant.
