Red copper battery cable with synthetic resin insulation in the 35 mm² variant is supplied on a 24 m reel for onboard electrical installations. The copper conductor has a documented maximum continuous current of 125 A.
The cable has an outer diameter of 12 mm and a 1.8 mm thick insulating sheath made of synthetic resin. The red sheath makes it suitable for clear identification of the relevant conductor in the battery installation.
The cable is manufactured in accordance with EC standards for use in the boat's bilge and sump areas. Cable cross-section and load must always be dimensioned according to the installation's power consumption, cable length, and other electrical conditions.
