PERFORMANCE MEETS RELIABILITY
Series 40 has a very wide range of blocks, from single blocks to quintuple blocks and the range is extremely versatile, allowing for a wide range of possible systems up to a 12:1 ratio.
Series 40 Orbit Blocks™ feature our carbon reinforced C-Cleat™ for secure rope retention with low entry and exit, and for quick sheet handling from all angles. The cleat arms are made of stainless steel and can be adjusted to your preferred angle.
The ball bearing version incorporates our 2-stage bearing system that uses ball bearings to minimize friction and a secondary full contact bearing to maintain low friction over the entire working load range.
The High Load version is designed specifically for any application where high dynamic or static loads are expected. They feature a high strength 2205 stainless steel disc and hub as well as a triple bearing ring to maintain low friction at very high loads.
