E1 Electric Winches allow you to hoist and trim sails of any size with the push of a button. They remove the requirement for physical strength, allowing any crew member to easily and safely control lines and sails.
Easy installation:
Internal contactors and controller, without the need for a separate control box, means a more reliable, neater and easier installation. Simplified electrical installation simply requires connecting positive and negative power cables to the motor terminals and connecting the push button using the supplied output cable. Marine switches are also available for protection and isolation.

At the heart of the E1 game is a high quality European designed and manufactured series wound motor. Carefully matched with the optimum gearbox, they deliver high speed at low load for fast feed and low speed at high load for safe fine tuning when trimming. They are available in 12 Volt and 24 Volt models, providing smooth and quiet operation over a wide workload range.
"Intelligent" push button:
E1 games come with a push button with an integrated LED that illuminates when the power to the game system is on. The push button has a hinged safety cover to prevent accidental game operation and is waterproof to IP67. The push button also works with the controller to flash status codes to aid in troubleshooting in the event of an overload or other system protection intervention. A cable to connect the push button is included for easy installation.
Unparalleled level of monitoring and protection
- Integrated overload protection – The control is preset to stop the winch system if the maximum pulling load is exceeded. Operation can resume within seconds when the load returns below the limit.
- Thermal overload protection – The motor is equipped with a thermal switch that disables the motor in the event of overheating; it resets automatically when the temperature returns to normal.
- Reverse polarity protection – An integrated 5 Amp fuse protects the motor against incorrect cable connection.
- Protection against accidental start – Winch operation is deactivated if the push button is pressed unintentionally when the power supply is switched on at the switch or battery.
- Low Voltage Detection – Operation is disabled if the battery charge level is low, preventing further battery discharge and avoiding triggering low voltage resets of navigation instruments and other electronic devices.
- Continuous operating time limit – Operation is disabled if the continuous operating time exceeds 10 minutes.
