Round inspection hatch with screw-down lid in grey polypropylene, RAL 7042, provides inspection access to enclosed areas on board. It can be used for compartments, lockers, buoyancy spaces, and tanks where a round, removable access opening is required.

The cover opens and closes with a thread and has recessed grip areas for turning. A rubber O-ring ensures a seal between the screw lid and the mounting ring, making the construction 100% watertight. No numerical IP rating is specified.

The external diameter is 205 mm, while the clear opening after installation is Ø 152 mm, corresponding to the nominal size of 6". Installation requires a circular cutout of approx. Ø 165 mm. The mounting flange has six mounting holes.

The inspection hatch is CE type-approved and type-tested in accordance with Directive 2013/53/EU. The basis for approval is UNI EN ISO 12216:2004 for hatches and openings in small craft.
