Round openable nylon porthole with plexiglass in black finish is a circular portlight for mounting in a boat's hull, superstructure, or cabin side. The openable design allows for ventilation and access through the clear opening.
The porthole has an outer diameter of 270 mm, a clear opening of Ø 185 mm, and requires a round mounting cutout of Ø 215 mm. It is intended for installation in a material or hull thickness of 6–35 mm.
The frame is made of nylon, while the pane is made of plexiglass. The porthole is secured with wing nuts and comes with a counter-flange for internal finishing. The neck height is 30 mm.
Mounting screws are not included and must be selected according to the surface and installation. Always check the dimensions against the physical product before making the mounting cutout.
The porthole is CE-certified according to EN ISO 12216. For the MTM family of round portholes, seal and gasket kits are available as a spare part with item no. 3835201.
