This bimini tube coupling connects a Ø22 mm tube with a Ø25 mm tube in bimini, canopy, and sprayhood frames. The coupling is mounted externally on the tube ends, allowing for a connection without welding.
The coupling can also be used in a telescopic construction, where the Ø22 mm tube is inserted into the Ø25 mm tube. The tubes are mechanically secured via two radial M5 threaded holes, one at each end of the coupling.
The coupling is made of mirror-polished AISI 316 stainless steel. The coupling body has a total length of 40 mm and an outer diameter of Ø31 mm. The two inner diameters are Ø22 mm and Ø25 mm, respectively, and the insertion depth is 20 mm on each side.
Each M5 thread is positioned with its center line 10 mm from the corresponding end. The height of the side boss is 12 mm, and the distance from the coupling's center line to the outer edge of the boss is 17.8 mm. The complete maximum width across the boss is not specified.
