This steering wheel with a soft black polyurethane rim and stainless steel spokes from Savoretti Armando is a T9 variant with an outer diameter of 350 mm. The steering wheel is designed for steering RIB boats and motorboats and combines a soft grip surface with a robust construction made from corrosion-resistant materials.
The steering wheel rim is made of soft polyurethane, while the structure features five stainless steel spokes. The spokes have a diameter of 10 mm and a documented dish of 10°. The hub is made of aluminum and covered with polyurethane, and the included center cap is made of stainless steel.
The steering wheel is mounted on a standard tapered steering shaft with a 17/19 mm taper, also known as a standard 3/4" taper. The universal tapered connection is designed for Ultraflex, Morse, and Teleflex steering systems. Always check the steering shaft taper dimensions before installation.
The T9 series is CE-marked. The construction can also be supplemented with a rotating steering knob for faster rotation when easier handling is desired, for example, during harbor maneuvers.
