This panel-mount power/charging socket from the Scanstrut Flip Pro series is a compact USB charging socket with one USB-A port and one USB-C port. It is designed for 12/24 V DC systems and can charge up to two compatible devices simultaneously.
The maximum input current is 6 A. The socket provides a maximum total charging power of 36 W when connected to a 12 V system and 60 W when connected to a 24 V system. It can be used for phones, tablets, and other devices that charge via USB-A or USB-C.
The Flip Pro is mounted as a flush-mount socket through a panel or other suitable surface. This variant requires one Ø32 mm mounting hole. The compact design makes the socket suitable where available mounting space is limited.
The integrated cover protects the USB ports when the socket is not in use. With the cover closed, the product has an IPX4 ingress protection rating. This protection does not necessarily apply while the cover is open and the USB ports are in use.
To achieve the best possible charging performance, the cable that came with the connected device should be used whenever possible.
