Schenker UV under-sink water purification system is a 12 V purification and disinfection system for pressurized freshwater installations. The UV Purifier 12 model combines UV-LED treatment with dual filtration and is designed for installation in a cabinet under a sink.
The water passes through an activated carbon filter and a 5-micron filter, which reduce sediment and improve the water's taste, odor, and overall sensory quality. The water is then treated by the UV-LED unit, which reduces the potential bacterial load during flow.
The UV-LED lamp is activated only when water flows through the system. This limits power consumption during periods of no water usage. The system has a power consumption of 18 W and is designed for a 12 V power supply.
The model has a nominal flow of 12 l/min and can be used with freshwater pumps with a capacity of up to 14 l/min. The inlet and outlet have 1/2" connections. The documented operating range is 0.5–8 bar and 0–45 °C.
The unit measures 389 mm in width, 291 mm in height, and 112 mm in depth. The vertical under-sink installation combines filtration and UV treatment in a compact unit without producing or storing water like a reverse osmosis system.
