Self-priming macerator pump for 24 V DC systems is designed for emptying blackwater tanks in marine toilet installations. The pump suctions toilet waste from the holding tank, macerates it, and pumps it onwards for discharge.
The pump has a nominal capacity of 45 l/min. At a head of 3 m, the capacity is 23 l/min. The power consumption is 4.5 A at 24 V DC.
The self-priming design provides a maximum suction lift of 100 cm with a dry pump and 125 cm when the internal parts of the pump are wetted. This makes the pump suitable for installations where it cannot be placed directly at the blackwater tank.
The pump measures 284 × 121 × 100 mm and has a 38 mm inlet. The outlet dimension should be physically checked before selecting a hose or adapter.
