Septic tank with horizontal macerator pump is a pre-assembled 80-liter blackwater tank for boat toilet systems. This variant operates at 24 V DC and is supplied pre-assembled with an electric macerator pump, making the tank ready for installation.
The tank is compatible with both manual and electric marine toilets. The integrated, self-priming macerator pump shreds toilet waste and delivers up to 43 l/min. At a 3 m head, the flow is 23 l/min, and the power consumption for this 24 V variant is 6 A. The pump inlet is Ø38 mm, while the discharge outlet for pump emptying is Ø25 mm.
Connections include 1½″ and ¾″ female threads for the inlet, ¾″ female thread for venting, as well as a 1½″ female thread for manual emergency emptying. A shut-off valve at the macerator discharge allows for disconnecting or servicing the pump without unobstructed drainage from the tank.
The product measures 800 × 390 × 300 mm and is prepared for a level sensor via a 5-hole flange. The level sensor is not included and must have a maximum float length of 25 cm. Protection for the level sensor is included.
The tank is manufactured in accordance with ISO 8099. The integrated macerator pump is CE-certified in accordance with EN ISO 8846 and measures 240 × 130 × 90 mm. These dimensions apply to the pump and not the complete tank.
The tank has integrated mounting points for mounting bracket/plate 52.195.00, which is ordered separately. The included macerator pump has item no. 50.220.24, and spare impeller 16.193.73 can be used for service.
