This septic tank with integrated macerator pump has a net volume of 72 L and is designed for the collection and controlled discharge of toilet waste and blackwater in marine sanitation installations. The tank and 12 V pump are supplied pre-assembled and ready for installation.
The electric, self-priming macerator pump grinds and pumps out toilet waste. The pump's maximum capacity is 43 l/min and 23 l/min at a 3 m head. It can self-prime up to 0.6 m and has a power consumption of 12 A. The outlet is Ø25 mm.
The tank features internal 1 1/2" and 3/4" threads for inlets, an internal 3/4" thread for venting, and an internal 1 1/2" thread for an emergency manual drain. A shut-off valve allows the macerator outlet to be isolated for maintenance.
The product dimensions are 650 × 330 × 400 mm, and the recess measures 100 mm. A five-hole flange makes the tank ready for mounting a separate level sensor with a maximum float length of 39 cm. Sensor protection is included, while the level sensor itself must be ordered separately. The tank's mounting points are prepared for the separate mounting bracket, item no. 52.195.00.
The septic tank is compatible with manual and electric marine toilets and is manufactured in accordance with ISO 8099. The integrated macerator pump, item no. 50.220.12, is CE certified and complies with EN ISO 8846. A spare impeller, item no. 16.193.73, can be used for the pump.
The macerator pump is intended for intermittent operation with a maximum of 15 minutes of continuous use. It must not run dry for more than 30 seconds. The pump must be connected with the correct polarity via a separate electrical circuit with an appropriate fuse and momentary switch. Avoid hard objects, rags, and hygiene products in the system, and flush the tank and pump with plenty of water after discharge.
