This septic tank with horizontal macerator and hose connections is a permanent 91 l black water tank for collecting and pumping out toilet waste on board. The electric macerator is powered by 24 V DC.
The tank is delivered fully assembled and ready for installation with the electric macerator 50.220.24 mounted. It can be used with both manual and electric marine toilets.
The self-priming macerator shreds and pumps out the tank contents with a capacity of up to 43 l/min. At a 3 m lift height, the capacity is 23 l/min, the power consumption is 6 A, and the documented vertical self-priming height is 0.6 m. The macerator outlet is Ø 25 mm.
The product dimensions of the tank are 1050 × 390 × 300 mm. It has two Ø 38 mm hose connections for inlet as well as a Ø 16 mm hose nozzle for venting.
A shut-off valve between the tank and the macerator makes it possible to isolate and remove the pump for service without dismantling the entire tank installation. The tank is also prepared with a 5-hole flange and integrated protection for a separate level sensor. The sensor is not included, and the maximum float length is 25 cm.
The construction is manufactured in accordance with ISO 8099. The tank has molded holders for the optional mounting bracket 52.195.00. Spare impeller 16.193.73 can be used for the included macerator.
