This septic tank with horizontal macerator pump has a net volume of 40 liters and is designed for the collection and discharge of blackwater from marine toilets. The unit operates on 24 V DC, is supplied pre-assembled, and is ready for installation.
The built-in, self-priming macerator pump shreds the tank contents and has a maximum capacity of 43 l/min. At a 3-meter head, the capacity is 23 l/min, and the power consumption for the 24 V version is 6 A. The pump outlet is Ø25 mm, and a shut-off valve allows the pump to be isolated for maintenance.
The tank measures 500 × 390 × 300 mm and has 1½" and ¾" internal threads for inlets, a ¾" internal thread for venting, and a 1½" internal thread for manual emergency emptying. For connection, nylon fittings from group 52 or metal fittings from group 17 can be used.
A five-hole flange makes the tank ready for the installation of a separate level sensor. The sensor is not included and must have a maximum length of 25 cm. An integrated protective housing shields the level sensor, and the tank has mounting points for the optional mounting plate, item no. 52.195.00.
The septic tank can be connected to both manual and electric marine toilet systems and is manufactured in accordance with ISO 8099. The included macerator pump, item no. 50.220.24, is CE-certified according to EN ISO 8846 and complies with Directive 2013/53/EU. The pump's replaceable impeller is item no. 16.193.73.
