This AISI 316 rail system with sliders for bimini and sprayhood uses a 30 × 1200 mm rail as a base for adjustable positioning of support brackets. The rail is designed for bimini, canopy, and sprayhood systems where brackets need to be moved and secured along the mounting area.
The rail is manufactured entirely in AISI 316 stainless steel and features a two-part construction. The design completely hides the mounting screws after installation, providing an installation with no visible screw heads.
The system's various support brackets are mounted on a separate stainless steel slider. The slider can be positioned and stopped at 15 mm intervals along the rail, allowing the bracket's position to be adjusted in fixed steps. The slider and end terminals are separate system components and are not documented as part of this rail.
To terminate the rail, use terminal/end cap item no. 46.673.02; two units are required per rail. The current heavy-duty slider for the system has item no. 46.673.06 and is ordered separately.
