SOLAS 3-blade stainless steel RUBEX propeller with interchangeable rubber hub is a counter-rotating propeller with a diameter of 14" and a pitch of 21". The RUBEX NS3 variant is designed for outboards and sterndrives with 4¾" gearcases, through-hub exhaust, and a power rating of 115 hp and above.
The propeller is manufactured in stainless steel and features three blades with a large blade area. The blade geometry is developed for versatile performance and good acceleration. The counter-rotating direction makes it important to check the required rotation of the engine or drive before ordering.
The RUBEX system utilizes a separate, interchangeable rubber hub between the propeller and the propeller shaft. The rubber hub dampens vibrations and helps protect the shaft and gears in the event of impact with underwater objects. The hub kit is not included and must be selected based on engine brand, drive, propeller shaft, and splines. The propeller therefore does not have a fixed number of splines without the chosen hub kit.

Volvo Penta SX and OMC King Cobra from 1994 with 19-tooth mounting and counter-rotation: RBX-105, item no. 52.537.06.
The precise engine fitment depends on the correct RUBEX hub kit. The manufacturer number for the propeller body is 9532-140-21. The hub kit and any engine-specific mounting parts must be purchased separately.
