This SOLAS aluminum propeller for Suzuki outboard motors belongs to the Amita 3-E Plus series and has a diameter of 15.8", a pitch of 15", and left-hand rotation. This three-blade propeller is designed for Suzuki 4-stroke outboard motors from 150–250 hp with a 15-spline propeller shaft.
The propeller is manufactured from aluminum using squeeze casting, where the material is cast under pressure. This construction provides stronger blades than traditional die-cast aluminum. The E-Plus version features larger blades than the standard Amita 3 series and is designed for higher thrust, including for use on heavier boats.
The left-hand LH rotation means that the propeller rotates counter-clockwise when viewed from behind. This variant is used in engine and gear configurations that require left-hand rotation, such as the counter-rotating side in a multi-engine installation. It is verified for the Suzuki DF150, DF175, DF200, DF225, and DF250 within the compatibility range of 150–250 hp.
The propeller fits a 4¾" gearcase and features through-hub exhaust. It is supplied with a permanently pressed-in rubber hub, which serves as the integrated hub and damping component. The black surface features four layers of paint and has been salt spray tested for more than 500 hours.
Installation and related parts
The engine's original mounting hardware can be reused, or SOLAS hardware kit 17045501 can be used. The kit includes the relevant mounting components for the fixed E-series rubber hub and must not be confused with a RUBEX hub kit. The documented right-hand counterpart is item no. 52.504.20 with manufacturer no. 4511-158-15.
