SOLAS aluminium propeller for outboard motors in the AMITA 3 series is a 3-blade, right-hand rotation propeller with a 13.5″ diameter and 15″ pitch. The propeller has 15 splines and manufacturer number 3411-135-15.
AMITA 3 is manufactured from aluminium using SOLAS's squeeze-cast process, which provides a fine-grained structure with low porosity and strong propeller blades. The blades are precision balanced, and the propeller has a high-gloss black finish.
The propeller is constructed with a traditional, press-in rubber hub and through-hub exhaust. It is designed for right-hand rotation installations with a 4 1/4″ gearcase and a 15-spline propeller shaft. The fixed hub distinguishes the construction from propellers with a separate, interchangeable hub kit.

Documented Nissan/Tohatsu applications include 60C with large gearcase up to 1999, 70C with large gearcase up to 2002, 70 TLDI from 2002-2009, 75 TLDI from 2010, 90 hp from 1987-2001, 90 TLDI from 2001, 115 hp from 1992-2001, 115 TLDI from 2004, 120 hp from 1988-2003, and 140 hp from 1988-2003. The propeller is also cross-referenced for Parsun 60-130 hp with 15 splines. For relevant Tohatsu engines from 2003, the TD-RBKT mounting kit must be used.
For Yamaha Type D 50-100 hp, hardware kit 17034501 can be used when it fits the specific engine. For Yamaha Type D 100-130 hp, hardware kit 17035501 is also available. Correct mounting hardware depends on the engine model and year.
Propeller diameter and pitch must be selected based on the boat's weight, load, and the engine's permitted RPM range. Mechanical compatibility, therefore, does not mean that a 15″ pitch is optimal for all installations.
