This aluminum outboard propeller is a SOLAS Amita 4 with 13.75" diameter, 17" pitch, four blades, and right-hand rotation. The propeller is manufactured for engine installations with 15 splines, a 4-1/4" gearcase, and through-hub exhaust.
The Amita 4 is made of aluminum using a squeeze-cast manufacturing process, which contributes to strong propeller blades. The four-blade design is developed with a focus on acceleration, mid-range performance, stern lift, and stable handling characteristics.
The propeller features a traditional, pressed-in rubber hub and does not use the interchangeable RBX/Rubex hub system. The aluminum surface has four layers of paint and an anti-corrosion treatment. The surface system has been tested for more than 500 hours in salt spray.

A physically fitting propeller shaft is not enough on its own to choose the correct pitch. The choice of 17" pitch must also suit the boat's load, gear ratio, and the engine's recommended wide-open throttle (WOT) RPM range.
Installation
Original engine-specific mounting hardware can be used. For Suzuki installations, mounting kits 17044501, 17044502, and 17044503 are documented for different engine groups. The correct kit must be selected based on the specific engine model and year.
