This Solas HR Titan 3 3-blade stainless steel propeller is a left-hand rotation fixed-hub propeller for compatible outboards. This variant has a diameter of 13 7/8″, a pitch of 21″, and manufacturer part number 3452-139-21.
The HR Titan 3 series is developed as a performance propeller for fast, planing hulls. The high rake angle contributes to bow lift, while the cupped blade edges improve grip in the water and reduce slip. The design is optimized for good acceleration and high top speed.
The propeller is manufactured from stainless steel using precision casting. The material's content of chromium, nickel, and molybdenum contributes to corrosion resistance and stable propeller blades. It features three blades and a traditional, pressed-in rubber hub. It is therefore a fixed-hub design and not a Rubex propeller with an interchangeable hub insert.
The diameter is 13 7/8″, equivalent to approx. 352.4 mm. The pitch of 21″ corresponds to a theoretical forward movement of 533.4 mm per revolution without slip. The propeller is designed for a 15-spline propeller shaft, a 4 1/4″ gearcase, and through-hub exhaust.

Compatibility requires the correct left-hand rotation and a 4 1/4″ gearcase with a 15-spline propeller shaft. The propeller should not be selected based solely on engine power.
Installation and spare parts
Original engine-specific mounting hardware can be used. Engine-dependent spare kits can be purchased separately: Solas 17044501 for DF90, DF100, and DF115; Solas 17044502 for DF100A, DF115A, DF140, DF140A, and DF115B as well as relevant counter-rotating Model Z applications; and Solas 17044503 for DF70A, DF80A, DF90A, and DF100B. The kits include engine-specific mounting parts and are not included with the propeller.
The propeller shaft must be lubricated during installation, and the assembly sequence and tightening must follow the engine's manual.
