Solas New Saturn SS 3-blade stainless steel propeller 14 1/4" x 17" right-hand rotation

This Solas New Saturn 3-blade stainless steel propeller with interchangeable Rubex hub has a diameter of 14 1/4", a pitch of 17", and right-hand rotation. The propeller is intended for engine installations with a 4 3/4" gearcase and through-hub exhaust when combined with the correct engine-specific Rubex hub kit.

The propeller features three precision-cast blades with a large blade area. The design is developed for all-round performance and good acceleration, while stainless steel provides high blade stability and resistance when used in saltwater. The propeller belongs to the New Saturn family and has the manufacturer model Rubex NS3 and manufacturer number 9531-143-17.

The interchangeable Rubex/RBX hub system makes it possible to use the same propeller body on several documented engine brands. The hub/cushion drive kit is not included and must be selected according to engine, gearcase, and propeller shaft. Most documented installations use a 15-tooth shaft, while Volvo Penta SX and OMC King Cobra from 1994 use a 19-tooth installation.

For Suzuki, the propeller is specifically documented for DT150 from 1986-2003, DT175 from 1986-1992, DT200 from 1986-2000, and DT225 from 1986-2003 with RBX-104 or RBX-104B. In addition, there are documented installations for Yamaha and Selva, Honda, Mercury and Mariner, Mercruiser Alpha One and Bravo One, Johnson and Evinrude, OMC, and Volvo Penta SX. Compatibility always requires the correct hub kit and an engine-specific check of the gearcase, shaft, and recommended propeller size.
