Description

This Solas New Saturn Rubex stainless steel propeller is a 3-blade, left-hand rotation propeller with a 14" diameter and a 19" pitch. The variant has manufacturer number 9532-140-19 and is designed for use with an interchangeable Rubex hub system.

The Rubex NS3 series is developed as an all-round propeller with a large blade area and excellent acceleration. The exhaust is routed through the hub, and the stainless steel construction combines precise propeller geometry with a robust surface for marine installations.

The propeller is supplied without a hub/shock absorber kit. The correct engine-specific Rubex kit must therefore be selected and purchased separately. The Rubex rubber hub dampens impacts from gear shifting and collisions with underwater objects, thereby reducing shock impact on the propeller shaft and gear housing.

Compatibility and hub kit

The propeller body can be used with several engine and drive types when the correct Rubex hub kit is installed. Documented combinations include Yamaha and Selva 150–250 hp with RBX-203, Mercury/Mariner 135–300 hp as well as MerCruiser Alpha One and Bravo One with RBX-102, Honda 135–225 hp with RBX-107, and Suzuki 150–225 hp with RBX-104.

It can also be used for Evinrude/Johnson 150–225 hp 4-stroke with RBX-104, Johnson/Evinrude 130–300 hp 2-stroke and Evinrude E-TEC with RBX-100, as well as Volvo Penta SX with RBX-105. OMC Cobra 800 and King Cobra can use RBX-100 or RBX-105 depending on the year and shaft version of the drive.
