The propeller is made of stainless steel and has three blades. The Rubex system uses a separate, interchangeable hub, allowing the propeller body to be combined with the engine-specific hub kit for the relevant propeller shaft. The 19 splines are therefore not a permanently integrated hub in the propeller.

The required RBX-123 hub kit has item no. 52.537.11 and Solas kit number 17016300. The hub kit is not included as an integrated part of the propeller and must be selected separately for the documented Mercury installation.
