This Solas Rubex HR4 4-blade stainless steel propeller has a 14 1/8″ diameter, 19″ pitch, and left-hand rotation. The propeller is designed for outboard motors and sterndrives with a 4 3/4″ gearcase when combined with the correct engine-specific Rubex hub kit.
The four-blade design features high rake and cupped blades. It is engineered for significant stern lift, good acceleration, strong thrust, smooth engine operation, and efficient mid-range performance. Through-hub exhaust.
The propeller is precision-cast from stainless steel with chromium, nickel, and molybdenum, which contributes to corrosion resistance and blade stability. This variant belongs to the Solas E-series and has the manufacturer part number 9554-141-19.
The Rubex HR4 uses an interchangeable rubber hub system. The hub can dampen shifting shock and stress from impacts with objects, but the engine-specific hub/installation kit is not included and must be purchased separately. Final shaft fitment is determined by the chosen hub kit.

With hub kit 52.537.02, RBX-107: Honda 115 hp from 2010 onwards, as well as 135, 150, 175, 200, 225, and 250 hp.
With hub kit 52.537.03, RBX-102: Mercury 135, 150, 175, 200, 225, 250, and 300 hp in 2-stroke and 4-stroke versions, as well as MerCruiser Alpha One and Bravo One.
With hub kit 52.537.05, RBX-104: Suzuki 150, 175, 200, 225, and 250 hp.
With hub kit 52.537.04, RBX-100: Evinrude/Johnson 130, 150, 175, 200, 225, 250, 275, and 300 hp, including 2-stroke engines and Evinrude E-TEC, as well as OMC Cobra 800 and King Cobra up to 1994 with 15-spline shaft.
Only one appropriate hub kit is used and is selected according to the specific engine or drive. Left-hand rotation requires a drive or gearbox designed for counter-rotation or left-hand propeller operation. Gearcase, engine year, gear ratio, boat type, load, and correct pitch must be verified before selection.
