This black copper battery cable with synthetic resin insulation is supplied on a 24 m reel and is intended for battery connections and other high DC loads in marine electrical installations. The cable has a conductor cross-section of 95 mm² and is specified for a maximum continuous current of 300 A.
The copper conductor is surrounded by a black, insulating synthetic resin sheath. The cable's outer diameter is 21 mm, and the sheath thickness is 2.4 mm. The 95 mm² cross-section indicates the conductor area and should not be confused with the cable's outer diameter.
The cable is manufactured according to EC standards for use in the bilge area of a boat and is CE-marked. No specific nominal system voltage is stated, so dimensioning must be based on the installation's current, cable length, voltage drop, and applicable installation requirements.
For termination, cable lugs designed for 95 mm² cable can be used. Item no. 14.035.90 has a 13.4 mm eyelet, while item no. 14.035.91 has a 15 mm eyelet. Butt connector 14.036.95 is intended for joining 95 mm² cable, and crimping tool 14.035.30 covers cable lugs from 10 to 120 mm². Accessories are not included.
If the installation requires red cable identification, the documented red color variant is available under item no. 14.382.90.
