This black PVC fender profile from Tessilmare is designed to protect the edge around the hull-to-deck joint. This variant has an external profile dimension of 30 × 38 mm and is supplied as a complete 24 m roll.
The profile features an open, roughly C/U-shaped cross-section that grips around the joint, forming a flexible rub rail along the side of the hull. The cross-section diagram shows an internal profile opening of 22 × 14 mm. These dimensions describe the internal capacity of the profile and do not indicate a guaranteed maximum joint size.
The fender profile is mounted directly around the joint without a separate base or mounting rail. It is secured at the ends of the profile, providing a simple construction without a two-part rail and profile solution.
Documented optional end caps are available for the 30 × 38 mm profile: black end cap with item no. 44.488.01 and white nylon end cap with item no. 44.588.01.
