This PVC insert for fender profile is the black, flexible component for a modular 30 mm fender profile and rub rail system in version A. The insert is supplied on a 20 m roll and is intended for mounting in the separate white base profile with item no. 44.030.05.
The flexible PVC material is shatterproof and can be bent without forming creases or wrinkles. The insert forms the outer part of the system and helps absorb impacts when the fender profile is used along the boat's hull side or deck edge.
The item includes only the black PVC insert and is not a complete fender profile. The base profile and the insert are sold separately and must be mounted together. The compatible system has a height of 30 mm and a protrusion of 5 mm; these dimensions describe the overall profile system and not the standalone cross-sectional dimensions of the insert.
The necessary base profile 44.030.05 is supplied as a 4 m rod. The system can be finished with the white ABS end cap 44.030.01, while joints can be covered with the white joint cover 44.042.21.
