Description

This black PVC base profile is a UV-resistant base for a marine fender profile and rub rail system. It is supplied as a 24 m roll and is intended for the 28 mm wide, C-shaped fender profile with item no. 44.480.30.

The base profile is mounted under the matching stainless steel fender profile and forms the flexible PVC base of the system. The compatible fender profile has countersunk holes; this hole design refers to the stainless steel profile and not the PVC base itself.

The profile's documented cross-section dimensions are 46 × 22 mm. The black PVC is UV-resistant and therefore suitable for outdoor marine use, where the material is exposed to sunlight.

For a complete finish to the Profile 28 system, the compatible end terminal with item no. 44.484.36 can be used. The fender profile and the end terminal are sold separately.
