This PVC base profile for C-shaped fender profile is the black variant for Profile 20 with deep-drawn holes. It is used as a base in a modular fender profile and rub rail system along the boat's hull.
The base profile is made of UV-resistant PVC and is supplied on a roll. The original roll length is 24 m, which makes the profile suitable for continuous installations along the hull.
The product is designed for the C-shaped stainless steel fender profile with item no. 44.477.20. The designation with deep-drawn holes describes the hole design on the compatible steel profile and not a machining of the PVC base itself.
The system can be finished with the dedicated end piece 44.484.35 in mirror-polished AISI 316 stainless steel. White 44.481.35 and grey 44.481.45 are documented color alternatives for the same fender profile.
