This blackwater tank with horizontal macerator pump has a net volume of 60 l and a 12 V electric macerator. The tank and pump set is delivered fully assembled and ready for installation for the collection and pumped discharge of blackwater from manual and electric marine toilets.
The included self-priming macerator pump has a free flow rate of 43 l/min and delivers 23 l/min at a 3 m head. The pump's power consumption is 12 A, and the outlet is Ø 25 mm. A shut-off valve between the tank and pump allows the macerator to be removed or serviced without general emptying through the pump connection.
The tank measures 650 × 390 × 300 mm and is made of blue MDPE/polyethylene. Connections include 1 1/2" and 3/4" G/BSP female threads for inlets, 3/4" G/BSP female thread for ventilation, and 1 1/2" G/BSP female thread for manual emergency discharge.
A five-hole flange makes the tank ready for the installation of a separate level sensor, and the integrated protective housing shields the sensor. A level float with a maximum length of 25 cm can be used. The tank also has molded mounting seats for the optional stainless steel mounting plate with item no. 52.195.00.
The tank/system unit is manufactured in accordance with ISO 8099. The included macerator pump with item no. 50.220.12 is CE certified according to EN ISO 8846 and has a replaceable impeller with item no. 16.193.73.
