This blackwater tank with built-in macerator has a net volume of 72 l and is designed for the collection and discharge of blackwater from manual and electric marine toilet systems. The tank is supplied pre-assembled with a 24 V DC macerator and is ready for installation.
The self-priming macerator shreds the contents and has a maximum capacity of 43 l/min. At a 3 m discharge head, the capacity is 23 l/min, and the power consumption is 6 A. The pump inlet is Ø 38 mm, while the tank unit's macerator outlet is Ø 25 mm. An integrated shut-off valve makes it possible to close the drain for service or maintenance of the macerator.
The tank has 1 1/2" and 3/4" internal inlet threads, an internal 3/4" thread for venting, and an internal 1 1/2" thread for manual emergency discharge. The product dimensions in the dimension table are A 650 mm, B 330 mm and C 400 mm. Mounting dimension D is 100 mm.
A pre-drilled five-hole flange makes the tank ready for the installation of a level sensor. The sensor is ordered separately and must have a maximum float length of 39 cm. Protection for the level sensor is included.
The tank is prepared with attachment points for bracket 52.195.00. The bracket is ordered separately. The tank unit is manufactured in accordance with ISO 8099, while the included macerator is CE certified according to EN ISO 8846.
