Black water tank with built-in macerator pump with a 112 l net volume and 12 V DC supply is a fixed, pre-assembled collection system for black water and wastewater from marine toilets. The system is delivered assembled and ready for installation and is compatible with both manual and electric marine toilet systems.
The tank is manufactured from blue PE MD, which is medium-density polyethylene. The product dimensions are specified as diagram dimensions A, B and C: A 650 mm, B 490 mm and C 400 mm. The tank also has a cutout dimension D of 100 mm and is prepared for mounting with a separate bracket or mounting plate item no. 52.195.00.
The built-in, self-priming macerator pump has a maximum flow capacity of 43 l/min. and delivers 23 l/min. at a 3 m head height. The pump inlet is Ø 38 mm, while the outlet is Ø 25 mm. An integrated shut-off valve makes it possible to isolate the pump for maintenance. The pump component measures 240 × 130 × 90 mm and is manufactured in Italy.
The tank's filling connections have internal threads of 1½″ and ¾″. The vent has a ¾″ internal thread, and the manual emergency drain has a 1½″ internal thread. This allows for both electric emptying via the macerator pump and manual emergency emptying.
A pre-drilled five-hole flange makes the tank ready for a separate level sensor. The sensor is not included and must be ordered separately. The maximum float length is 39 cm, and the tank construction includes protection around the sensor location.
The tank is manufactured and tested in accordance with ISO 8099 for marine wastewater systems. The integrated macerator pump is separately CE-marked in accordance with EN ISO 8846. Spare impeller item no. 16.193.73 can be used for the included macerator pump 50.220.12.
