This blackwater tank with a built-in macerator pump has a net volume of 52 l and is designed for collecting and pumping out blackwater from marine toilets. The electric macerator operates on 24 V, and the tank is delivered fully assembled and ready for installation.
The tank is compatible with all manual and electric marine toilets. The built-in, self-priming macerator pump shreds the contents before pumping them out and provides a maximum flow rate of 43 l/min. At a 3 m delivery head, the flow rate is 23 l/min, and the pump outlet has a diameter of 25 mm.
Connections include 1 1/2" and 3/4" internal threads for inlets, a 3/4" internal thread for venting, as well as a 1 1/2" internal thread for manual emergency emptying. A shut-off valve makes it possible to isolate the macerator pump for maintenance.
The product dimensions are 450 × 350 × 400 mm in width, depth, and height. The corresponding installation dimension D is 100 mm. The tank is prepared with attachment points for tank brackets, item no. 52.195.00.
An international five-hole flange makes the tank ready for mounting a level sensor. The sensor is not included and must be ordered separately. The maximum sensor or float length is 39 cm, and the installation area includes protection for the level sensor.
The tank is manufactured in accordance with ISO 8099 for blackwater and waste systems on small vessels. The included macerator pump, item no. 50.220.24, is CE-certified in accordance with EN ISO 8846. Spare impeller 16.193.73 fits the included pump.
