Black water tank with horizontal macerator and hose connections for the collection and discharge of black water from marine toilet installations. This variant has a net volume of 50 l and is supplied fully assembled with an integrated electric macerator for 12 V DC.
The tank is compatible with manual and electric marine toilets. The installed self-priming macerator has a nominal capacity of 43 l/min and delivers 23 l/min at a 3 m head. The pump's power consumption is 12 A, the inlet is Ø 38 mm, and the outlet is Ø 25 mm.
A fitted shut-off valve makes it possible to disconnect the macerator for service without removing the entire tank. The vent has a Ø 16 mm hose barb, and the tank is designed with prepared areas for mounting. Stainless steel mounting plate 52.195.00 can be ordered separately.
The tank is prepared for level measurement with a 5-hole flange and integrated protection around the sensor area. A level sensor is not included and must be ordered separately. The maximum sensor or float length is 25 cm.
The product measures 600 × 390 × 300 mm and weighs 8.754 kg. The tank is manufactured in accordance with ISO 8099. The included macerator is CE-certified in accordance with EN ISO 8846.
